Client Service Representative Our CSRs serve as the first and last point of contact with clients and their pets. They greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Schedule and manage flow of appointments. Provide empathetic customer service while multitasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients. Process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. Schedule (Full‑Time) 4 x 10 schedule. Availability required Monday‑Friday. Minimum Qualifications and Skill Set 3+ years of client service experience. Previous veterinary experience is REQUIRED. Proficiency in the following skills: Strong client communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting. Computer proficiency and attention to detail. A friendly attitude is a must.
