Spacca Tutto is a bold new Italian-American steakhouse opening in August 2026 in Palisades Village. Founded by James Beard Award-winning Chef Nancy Silverton in partnership with Rick Caruso and New School Hospitality, Spacca Tutto builds on the legacy of Silverton's acclaimed chi SPACCA while embracing the timeless appeal of the classic American steakhouse.

Spanning 3,000 square feet of interior dining space with a 1,500-square-foot patio and bar, Spacca Tutto offers the warmth and intimacy of a neighborhood destination. The menu features an extensive steak program alongside seasonal salads, fresh seafood, seasonal vegetable dishes, a creative bar menu, nearly 150 Italian and domestic wines, and a thoughtfully crafted cocktail program.

Position Overview

As a Floor Manager at Spacca Tutto, you are responsible for leading the daily Front of House operation and ensuring every guest receives warm, attentive, and seamless hospitality. Working closely with the General Manager, Executive Chef, and leadership team, you will oversee service execution, coach and develop staff, maintain operational standards, and foster a positive, high-performing team culture.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, chef-driven environment, has exceptional communication and leadership skills, and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:Service Leadership & Guest Experience

• Lead daily Front of House operations during service while maintaining exceptional hospitality standards.
• Ensure every guest receives attentive, personalized, and professional service.
• Monitor dining room flow, reservations, seating, and pacing throughout service.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly, professionally, and with genuine hospitality.
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor, engaging with guests and supporting the team.
• Ensure all food and beverage service meets Spacca Tutto's quality and presentation standards.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to communicate menu updates, special requests, allergies, and service priorities.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate servers, bartenders, hosts, support staff, and food runners.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members.
• Conduct ongoing coaching and performance feedback to support employee growth.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable team environment.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings, communicating menu features, service priorities, VIP guests, and operational updates.
• Ensure all team members consistently uphold service standards and company policies.

Operations & Administration

• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and staffing levels.
• Monitor labor costs while maintaining exceptional guest service.
• Complete opening and closing manager responsibilities.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and end-of-day reporting.
• Ensure side work, checklists, and daily operational tasks are completed.
• Maintain reservation systems, floor plans, and table management.
• Assist with inventory management for Front of House supplies and operating materials.
• Support special events, private dining, and large party execution.

Standards & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all health department regulations and food safety requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the restaurant.
• Ensure all service equipment is clean, stocked, and functioning properly.
• Uphold all alcohol service policies and responsible beverage service standards.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed by all team members.

Communication & Collaboration

• Partner closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen leadership to ensure seamless communication between Front and Back of House.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service partners.
• Support management in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure successful daily operations.
• Assist other departments as needed to support the overall success of the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, upscale, or chef-driven restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Front of House operations, fine dining service standards, and hospitality.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing hospitality teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Experience with reservation platforms and POS systems preferred.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and classic cocktail service preferred.
• Food Handler Certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits 

• $35.00/Hour
