Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Description Location: United States, New Hampshire, North Conway Date Posted: Jul 02, 2026 Registered Nurse II – ICU Memorial Hospital, MaineHealth; open to candidates with greater than one year of RN experience. For a limited time, eligible Registered Nurses with 0‑2 years of experience may receive up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus, and those with more than 2 years may receive up to $20,000. Bonuses are prorated for part‑time hires and per diem hires are ineligible. Job Summary: The MH Registered Nurse II – ICU role provides high‑quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes. The RN II collaborates, delegates, and communicates with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal care. At this level the RN is competent in the clinical role, capable of caring for most patients assigned, and is encouraged to obtain additional resources to develop required skills over time. Automatic advancement to RN I is available after one year, provided all onboarding requirements are met. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current applicable state license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date. Other certifications may be required specific to the area of practice or in accordance with Department guidelines. Experience: One year of recent RN experience required. Automatic advancement from RN I level if all onboarding requirements are complete, including the New Grad Residency (where available).
