Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address emotional and psychological issues.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Assess clients' needs through intake assessments and ongoing evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with their goals and progress.

• Collaborate effectively with family members and other healthcare providers to create a supportive network around clients, enhancing their therapeutic experience.

• Participate in regular team meetings for case consultations and professional development, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and shared best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds, with various mental health concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, family conflict, relationship issues, and trauma. We aim to provide inclusive and culturally competent care, recognizing the importance of tailored approaches that resonate with each client’s unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in California.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate client interactions and documentation.

• Proficient in using teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

East Side Therapy, Ltd offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
