East Side Therapy, Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in Fontana, California. This full-time remote role allows you to focus entirely on providing high-quality therapy services while we manage the administrative aspects. You will work Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, and earn a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 100,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records through our digital health management system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate proactively with family members, healthcare providers, and community resources to create a holistic treatment plan that promotes client welfare and recovery.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops as needed, creating a safe and supportive environment for interpersonal growth and healing.

• Assess clients’ needs through thorough intake evaluations and ongoing assessments, adjusting therapeutic approaches based on progress and feedback.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, ensuring appropriate resources are accessed for clients in need of immediate assistance.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LMFT license in California.
