Senior Director of Operations

Leading end-to-end operations for a new CPG beverage brand, the full-time Senior Director of Operations will manage commercialization, production, inventory, and logistics processes remotely while building scalable systems and partnerships. Key responsibilities Own operations from commercialization through production and customer delivery Build supply chain, vendor network, and operating processes to launch and scale the business Manage sourcing and external partners across ingredients, packaging, and transportation Required qualifications 10+ years of operations, supply chain, or manufacturing experience, with at least 7 years in beverage Direct beverage manufacturing experience, preferably in RTD, non-alcoholic beverages, or spirits Experience managing products from commercialization through production and distribution Strong knowledge of production planning, sourcing, and inventory management Proven financial and operational judgment, including COGS and vendor negotiation
