Business Banking Relationship Manager

Position Overview Based in our DFW Market, the Relationship Manager II within PNC’s Business Banking organization coordinates relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share. The role requires a moderate degree of supervision and focuses on both risk management and client engagement. Key Responsibilities Coordinate relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue, and market share with relevant sales goals. Work with clients at moderate levels of risk and complexity of needs. Operate within stated guidelines to acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet. Handle originations, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non‑credit products and services. Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients. Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks. Provide ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client’s needs and financial well‑being. Increase client engagement and loyalty. Manage an effective network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones. Present the full range of PNC’s products and services to clients. Leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities. Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for more complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
