Bookkeeper

Job Description
Day to Day Responsibilities
Process accounts payable and pay bills
Invoice customers and follow up on outstanding payments
Enter all financial transactions into QuickBooks
Perform credit card reconciliations
Transfer financial data into IPL and support balance sheet consolidation
Process approximately 10–20 invoices per day with high accuracy
Complete weekly and monthly bookkeeping tasks
Support annual audits

Skills and Requirements
Requirements
2+ years of relevant bookkeeping experience
QuickBooks experience required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
Strong attention to detail; work must be accurate and consistent Nice to Have
Experience supporting audits
Comfort handling light HR-related tasks and customer communication
Experience working independently without internal accounting support
