Evening Receptionist

Receptionist Position We are looking for a receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle schedule flexibility. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering dealership group phones, greeting customers, and assisting in scheduling sale appointments. Hours: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM Monday-Friday Benefits: Medical and dental insurance 401k + match Career growth opportunities Employee discount Responsibilities: Answer dealership group phones Greet and receive prospects and customers Direct guest to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a guest is waiting, and introduce the guest Work cooperatively with the sales team Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments Qualifications: Excellent communication skills Professional presentation Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility A clean driving record & valid driver's license A professional appearance About Us: The Berge Automotive Group is a well-respected, family-owned auto dealership group in the metro Phoenix and surrounding markets that has been selling and servicing vehicles for over five decades!
