Our organization is seeking to recruit an Urgent Care physician for a prominent group operating in Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino counties, California. Candidates with a background in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Occupational Medicine are encouraged to apply (California license preferred, with a credentialing period of 2-3 months). This role focuses on urgent care and industrial medicine, with potential opportunities to broaden primary care services. The selected physician will primarily work at one or possibly two of the 11 clinic locations. This is an outpatient-only position, and the incoming provider will join a well-established group that has been serving the community for over 34 years, currently employing more than 50 professionals across various specialties, including Orthopedics, PM&R, Pain Management, Neurology, Psychology, and General Surgery.

• Attractive monthly guarantee as an independent contractor.

• Significant earning potential, with the possibility of taking home 35% of collections, potentially exceeding $400k.

• Work at one or two of the eleven clinical locations.

• Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 am to 6 pm, including a lunch break—no nights or weekends required.

• Minimal administrative duties, allowing for a focus on client relations and practice growth.

• The patient demographic primarily consists of industrial and personal injury cases, with opportunities for expansion.

• Additional training in industrial medicine will be provided, leading to state certification (QME - recognized exams).

• Access to on-site radiography, slit-lamp, casting/splinting, therapy, and specialist support.

• San Bernardino is located in California, east of Los Angeles.
