Financial Analyst (F1468054NAS-CJM) Kendallville, Indiana Title: Financial Analyst (Hybrid) Location: Kendallville Indiana Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $30-35/hour (depending on experience) Type: Contract (12-20 weeks) Hours: Monday-Friday | Standard Business Hours Hybrid: Yes. 4 days onsite 1 day remote REQUIREMENTS: FINANCIAL ANALYST Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a financial analyst Strong knowledge of general accounting, GAAP, reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Strong Excel skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and communicate financial information. RESPONSIBILITIES: FINANCIAL ANALYST Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting. Support daily accounting activities, financial reporting, and business planning for a facility of approximately 170 employees. Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, explain variances, and support business decisions. Manage accounting activities related to inventory, purchasing, manufacturing costs, and capital spending. Partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and improve accuracy. Maintain fixed-asset and capital project records while monitoring spending and project progress. Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
