CENTER MANAGER

Position Overview Turbo Tint is seeking a results-driven, service-focused Center Manager to lead daily operations and team performance at one of our window tinting centers. This leadership role combines operational oversight, team development, and customer service excellence to ensure each center delivers outstanding experiences and achieves growth objectives. Key Responsibilities & Qualities Lead, coach, and manage a team of technicians and front‑line staff to maintain a high‑performing, customer‑focused environment. Ensure operational efficiency through effective scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance processes. Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve concerns, and maintain high satisfaction standards. Drive revenue through local sales initiatives, upselling opportunities, and marketing collaboration. Manage budgets, track key financial metrics, and support profitability goals. Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards. Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
