Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and, networking, and community outreach.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
• Track activity and report progress toward established objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Grit and resiliency
• Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

• Our office is located in Manchester.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2014.
• I am a proud graduate of Murray State University.
• We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
• Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, Senior Vice President's Club, and Silver Scroll
