What You’ll Do as an Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager at Enlightened Baby, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our store runs smoothly while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every visitor feels like part of our community.
• Assisting with the management of daily store operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
• Supervising and supporting team members to deliver excellent service and meet store goals.
• Handling and moving large packages as needed to maintain a well-stocked and organized space.
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Retail experience: At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment is essential.
• Leadership skills: Experience in personnel management is a plus, as you’ll help guide and support our team.
• Physical capability: Ability to lift and move large packages as part of daily operations.
• Bilingual skills: Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, helping us connect with a diverse community of families.
• A passion for sustainability, quality, and creating meaningful connections with customers.
