Our client , in Junction Pacific IA, a leading manufacturing and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Forklift Operator , you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Control. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and excellent teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator
Location: Pacific Junction, IA
Pay Range: 20.50 per hour
What's the Job?
- Operate a large AWD forklift to transport finished goods from the production line to designated storage locations.
- Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory through proper product handling and record keeping.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
What's Needed?
- Previous forklift, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate a large AWD forklift safely.
- Experience with order picking, shipping/receiving, or inventory control is a plus.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety.
