Seasonal Office Assistant

Labor Solutions, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Office Assistant to support our fast-paced operation. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable working with employees, and able to handle multiple administrative responsibilities throughout the day.

The ideal candidate has previous administrative experience, strong computer skills, and excellent communication skills. Experience in HR or staffing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and accurate administrative support to the Workforce Planner
• Assist with temporary employee check-in and onboarding
• Track employee attendance and maintain accurate records
• Use a Vendor Management System (VMS) to help manage temporary employees
• Manage employee timekeeping using Kronos
• Assist employees with questions and day-to-day needs
• Prepare and assist with reports while ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Communicate professionally with employees, managers, and staffing partners
• Handle employee information and sensitive matters with discretion
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of administrative experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Comfortable learning and working with computer-based systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Flexibility to provide support across different shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Human Resources, staffing, or recruiting experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred
• Previous experience with Kronos, VMS, or other workforce management systems is a plus
