Lead Qualification Specialist

Job Description BCI Worldwide is seeking a Lead Qualification Specialist to join our team! BCI Worldwide specializes in providing comprehensive furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) services for the Hospitality industry. From freight forwarding, warehousing, logistics and final installation, we manage the entire life cycle of hotel pre-opening and renovation projects, delivering value-added services tailored to our customers’ needs. We are seeking a driven and confident Lead Qualification Specialist to play a critical role in converting inbound interest into booked sales opportunities. This is a sales-focused, phone-based role responsible for contacting leads—no cold calling. Your primary objective is to engage prospects, qualify their needs, and set virtual or on-site meetings/consultations for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is results driven, thrives on phone conversations, understands urgency in sales, and knows how to move a prospect confidently toward the next step. Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls to warm commercial logistics leads Qualify prospect opportunities and determine the correct individual(s) for getting on a project bid list Identify customer needs Build rapport quickly and professionally while maintaining a consultative sales approach Overcome objections and keep conversations focused on booking the opportunity Accurately document call outcomes, notes, and appointment details in the CRM Meet or exceed daily and weekly call, contact, and appointment-setting goals Work closely with the sales team to maximize lead conversion and revenue opportunities Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus) 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or call center environments preferred Strong persuasive communication and active listening skills Proven ability to move conversations toward a clear next step Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment Basic computer skills and experience using CRM and dialer systems Preferred Skills & Attributes Experience in commercial services sales (moving, logistics, or B2B preferred) Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Professional phone or virtual/written presence with confidence and energy Ability to adapt scripts naturally while keeping control of the call Resilience and consistency in a high-call-volume role Schedule & Compensation Full-time, 40 hours per week Opportunities for growth, advancement, and performance-based incentives Why Join Us No cold calling — all leads are warm and inbound-generated Direct impact on sales performance and revenue growth Clear expectations, structured process, and strong sales support Opportunity to build a long-term career in sales and customer engagement #J-18808-Ljbffr
