Benefits SpecialistS&A Group is seeking dependable and professional individuals to join our team as a Benefits Specialist. This role combines client support services, working with individuals who have requested information about our services, and help to get their benefits in place.This is a structured position with training, clear expectations, and compensation tied to performance.ResponsibilitiesSpeak with prospective clients who have requested information and guide them through available benefit optionsAssist current clients with account updates, billing questions, and general supportRecommend appropriate benefit options based on client needsMaintain accurate records and follow internal processesProvide a professional and efficient experience in every interactionQualificationsExperience in customer service, sales, or account management preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a hybrid environmentDetail-oriented and dependableAccess to a laptop or tablet, reliable internet, and a quiet workspaceHigh school diploma or GED requiredCompensation & Schedule$50,000–$65,000 annually, based on performanceAdditional bonuses and incentives availableHybrid role, fully remote days weeklyWhat We OfferCompetitive bonus plansLife and health benefitsPerformance-based advancement opportunitiesStable, team-oriented work environment
