Sous Chef Asian American Restaurant | High-Volume Full Service Dedham, MA $75,000–$85,000 Base + Bonus Potential We're partnered with a busy, high-energy Asian American restaurant in Dedham looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their culinary leadership team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced operation where quality, consistency, and strong leadership are key.We're looking for a Chef who enjoys being in the kitchen, developing their team, and helping drive a smooth and successful service. What You'll Be Doing Supporting the Head Chef Chef with all day-to-day kitchen operations Ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and execution Working stations and jumping in wherever needed during busy services Managing prep, production, ordering, and inventory Training and developing cooks while maintaining high culinary standards Ensuring food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently met Helping maintain a positive, professional, and high-energy kitchen culture What We're Looking For Previous Sous Chef or strong culinary leadership experience Experience in busy, full-service restaurant environments Strong background in Asian, Asian-American, or similar globally inspired cuisine is an asset Understanding of ordering, inventory, labour, and food cost Passionate about food, quality, and consistency #J-18808-Ljbffr COREcruitment
