Role Overview As a General Manager at Sodexo , you’ll lead and manage all aspects of food and catering service operations for a large Corporate Service Account Headquarters in the Manhattan Beach, CA area. This site includes 2 full‑service cafés, coffee service, and a micro‑market. In addition to overseeing daily operations, you will be responsible for building out a comprehensive catering program to support on‑site events and client needs. Your expertise in budgeting, strategic planning, team development, and client relations will drive success. You’ll oversee a team of 25 associates and a team of culinary managers, ensuring excellence in service and operations. What You’ll Do Lead and manage both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Drive customer satisfaction and contribute to organizational development through innovative service. Build and maintain strong client relationships, presenting a professional, executive‑level presence. Develop and implement a comprehensive catering program to support on‑site meetings, events, and special functions, including menu planning, logistics, staffing, and client coordination.
