Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

Seeking a driven Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, this full-time remote position will support the strategy and execution of lifecycle programs aimed at customer acquisition and reacquisition, while managing campaign optimization and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities: Support lifecycle strategy and roadmap for customer acquisition and reacquisition, contributing new ideas and optimization opportunities Build and execute personalized, data-informed campaigns across multiple channels, owning the campaign setup and launch process Analyze campaign performance and conduct A/B tests to generate actionable insights for future optimizations Required qualifications: 3-5+ years of lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing experience, with hands-on campaign execution in Braze or similar software Experience building and launching multichannel campaigns, including email, push, and SMS Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and automated journey logic Proficient in HTML and Liquid logic for campaign setup and troubleshooting Familiarity with compliance best practices in lifecycle marketing, including CAN-SPAM regulations
