Location: Whippany, NJ

Pay Range: $30/hr - $33/hr

Duration: 6+ Months

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Global Markets Operations, payments, or post-trade environments
• Strong understanding of payment flows, settlement lifecycle, and operational risk
• Proven experience leading operational teams in high-risk, high-volume environments
• Demonstrated ability to make senior risk-based decisions under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with a focus on root cause resolution

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in payment control, transaction monitoring, or risk/control frameworks
• Knowledge of FX, Derivatives, Collateral, or Financing products
• Experience working with rule-based and AI/ML control environments
• Strong stakeholder management across Operations, Technology, and Front Office
• Track record of driving operational transformation and automation initiatives
