Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Employee Benefits)As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist of the Benefit and Retirement Unit, you will perform the following duties:Serve as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist of the Benefit and Retirement UnitResponsible for administering the HROCs retirement programs and benefitsPlan and schedule work to be accomplished by subordinatesDevelop goals and objectives that integrate organizational and strategic HR objectivesFormulate strategic plans for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of benefits and retirement programsSalary: The salary range indicated in this announcement reflects the lowest and highest potential salaries for this position. The actual salary range will be based on the applicable locality pay for the selected duty location. General Schedule locality pay tables may be found under Salaries & Wages.Note: One or more positions may be filled using this vacancy announcement.
