Facilities Manager & On-Call Maintenance Lead

Samaritan Daytop Village, Inc.

Samaritan Daytop Village, Inc. seeks a Facilities Manager/Coordinator to maintain and oversee the physical plant across our NYC-area programs. You will ensure clean, safe facilities and compliance with applicable codes. Under the Program Director, you will manage the maintenance and custodial contracts, coordinate with staff, conduct inspections, respond to emergencies, and supervise assigned personnel. Requirements include a High School diploma with five years in facilities management or an #J-18808-Ljbffr Samaritan Daytop Village, Inc.
