In this role, you’ll manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and engaging candidates to coordinating interviews and making successful placements. You’ll build relationships, develop talent pipelines, and work closely with our internal teams to match qualified professionals with opportunities in the education industry. What You’ll Do Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the recruiting process from sourcing and screening through interviewing, placement, and candidate follow-up. Source Top Talent: Utilize job boards, professional networks, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates. Build Relationships: Establish strong relationships with candidates, providing clear communication and a positive experience throughout the hiring process. Match Candidates to Opportunities: Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and interests to identify the best fit for available positions. Drive Placements: Work toward recruiting goals and placement targets while maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency. Maintain an Active Pipeline: Keep candidate information, recruiting activity, and pipeline updates organized and accurate within the company’s systems. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with account managers, sales professionals, and fellow recruiters to understand staffing needs and deliver effective hiring solutions. Stay Ahead of Hiring Needs: Proactively identify talent, maintain engagement with prospective candidates, and anticipate upcoming staffing demands. Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally, follow up consistently, and help candidates navigate the hiring process. Contribute to Team Success: Share ideas, collaborate with colleagues, and help the recruiting team achieve its goals in a fast-paced environment. What We’re Looking For 1+ year recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to the full-cycle recruiting process. A strong desire to succeed, meet goals, and earn commission based on performance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple open positions and candidate pipelines simultaneously. A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of results. Strong follow-through and a sense of urgency when managing recruiting priorities. Comfort working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. A team-first attitude and willingness to collaborate across departments. An interest in professional development and long-term career growth. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications. The ability to work full-time, in person in the Glen Mills / Chadds Ford, PA area.
