Electrical Superintendent

Electrical Superintendent Responsible for planning, scheduling, employee oversite, and management of industrial and electrical construction projects up to $10M in value. Assists Project Manager in coordinating activities of employees engaged in construction process, utilizing knowledge of equipment, techniques, procedures and specifications. Job Duties: Oversee field specific activities for industrial construction projects from setup to closeout related to the industries that Industrial Construction serves: energy, power, mining, manufacturing, pharma, etc. Responsible for recruiting, managing and leading teams of craft employees for all scopes of work: civil, mechanical, and structural activities. Supervises daily work of employees. Verifies conformance of finished work product. Responsible for ensuring all safety and environmental requirements are met. Skills/Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction and electrical industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Completion of OSHA or equivalent safety training. Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job costing program. Proficient with all Microsoft Office products. Drivers license with a clean driving record. WorkNovaX LLC
