We’re looking for an experienced Full-Desk Recruiter to join our team and help drive continued success in placing top talent across real estate, construction, property management, and finance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, thrives in a performance-driven environment, and has a proven track record of strong billing. What You’ll Do: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement Build and maintain long-term client relationships within your industry focus Develop pipelines and strategies to deliver high-quality candidates quickly Drive personal production goals while contributing to team success Stay informed on market trends and talent movement in your niche What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of agency recruiting experience (real estate, construction, property management, or finance strongly preferred) Strong sourcing, negotiation, and client management skills Motivated, collaborative, and adaptable — with a passion for hitting goals Ability to work hybrid: come into the Houston office 2 days per week What We’re Offering: Competitive draw/base + uncapped commission (experienced recruiters can make anywhere from $100,000 - $500,000 a year) Supportive team environment and opportunity to assist with their jobs while rebuilding your book of business HYBRID office - one day a week required in Houston office Ready to grow with a team that values results, transparency, and your success?
