Lithia KIA of Anchorage, proudly part of Lithia & Driveway, is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy and growing service department. If you enjoy helping customers, and want long-term career growth with an industry leader, this opportunity is for you.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and act as the main point of contact throughout the service process
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
• Prepare estimates, write repair orders, and explain work clearly and professionally
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accurate repairs
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and loyalty

What You'll Bring

• Previous Service Advisor in automotive or dealership experience
• Customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Basic automotive knowledge or willingness to learn
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
