Responsibilities:

The Business Analyst will support Barrow Wise's Illinois State Retirement System project and perform the following duties:

Work with the users to identify what needs to be accomplished
Work with the developers and technical architects to define the optimal way to implement technology
Demonstrate the ability to evaluate processes and procedures and find areas for improvement with enhanced technology
Document clearly through user stories and other documentation the as-is and to-be states
Develop and execute test plans to ensure a functional application is delivered
Demonstrate the ability to establish a rapport with stakeholders to build trust and confidence
Work onsite in Springfield, Illinois

Qualifications:

An ideal candidate has the following:

U.S. Citizenship
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Three (3) years of experience documenting user stories and managing processes using Azure DevOps
Three (3) years of experience giving presentations to groups of up to 20 people
Five (5) years of experience analyzing and improving the Pension System
Three (3) years of experience with Agile or other iterative development methodologies preferred
