We're looking for an organized, experienced Assistant Store Manager to help our Santa Monica store deliver the in-store experience Pedal Mafia is known for — one that reflects our standards, hits our sales goals, and keeps customers coming back.

What You'll Do

• Deliver an exceptional level of customer care in every interaction
• Listen to customer feedback and resolve concerns with care and professionalism
• Manage stock and inventory to keep the store running smoothly
• Keep the store looking sharp — upholding our aesthetic and standards for upkeep
• Hit monthly and annual sales targets
• Bring our brand values to life for every customer who walks through the door

What You Bring

• Previous retail or sales experience
• A passion for cycling and experience with the cycling apparel industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for great customer service
• Self-motivation and a drive to hit sales goals and KPIs
• Business management experience is a plus
