Termite Technician

No prior industry experience is required. Responsibilities Complete the company‑paid training and acquire the skills needed to operate a pest control service route. Prioritize safety in all responsibilities. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within the assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer. Conduct yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers. Act as a problem solver for each customer, listening to and understanding their needs and offering the most efficient solution. Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, gutter protection, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency. Interact with customers to set expectations and walk them through the process, ensuring satisfaction. Complete all required service‑related documentation using the hand‑held device provided. Qualifications No experience required – we’ll train you to be a Pro. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license. Ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid). Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers. Work Environment Safely use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity. Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing or balancing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) required, sometimes an OSHA‑compliant respirator. Willing to work in various weather conditions.
