$100,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience Memphis, TN | Job Profitability Incentive Bonuses Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Overtime may be required Mechanical Systems Company is a fully licensed Mechanical and Plumbing contractor specializing in commercial and industrial HVAC, piping, plumbing, and controls projects. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager with strong leadership skills to drive commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from start to finish while ensuring accountability, coordination, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and coordinate commercial HVAC and plumbing projects Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and overall performance Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and customers Manage RFIs, RFPs, change orders, and other project documentation Monitor project progress and address schedule, cost, and operational issues Provide leadership and accountability throughout project execution Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent industry experience 2+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects Strong knowledge of construction processes, including RFIs, RFPs, and change orders Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and related software Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Benefits Package 401K retirement program with company match Multiple health and prescription drug plan options Dental insurance Vision insurance Employer-paid life insurance Employer-paid short-term disability insurance Long-term disability insurance available for purchase Mileage reimbursement and vehicle allowance Gym membership reimbursement Employee referral incentives program Paid Holidays Paid Vacation depending on tenure Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mechanical Systems Company, LLC
