About the Role

Commercial Insurance Account Manager  opportunity to join an independent agency in Memphis that is deeply rooted in the community. They have a great team that’s at capacity and needs more help servicing business accounts.

In this role you’ll work with a full spectrum of property and casualty coverages, advising small and medium sized businesses on pricing and coverage options as their needs change throughout the year. You’ll collaborate closely with other service team members, the sales team, and agency leaders to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum two (2) years of commercial P&C insurance experience in a related client service role
• Active state insurance license
