General Manager - Fine Dining 

We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead a premier fine dining restaurant in Austin and deliver an exceptional guest experience rooted in genuine hospitality, impeccable service, and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role for a hospitality professional who thrives in a high-end dining environment and has a deep appreciation for world-class steaks, curated wine programs, and elevated service standards.

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring flawless execution, strong financial performance, and a memorable dining experience that reflects the sophistication and excellence of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure an exceptional and consistent guest experience
• Lead, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing front- and back-of-house team
• Maintain and elevate standards for food, beverage, wine service, and hospitality consistent with an upscale steakhouse environment
• Drive sales growth while maximizing profitability and controlling costs
• Manage budgets, labor, scheduling, inventory, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Uphold the restaurant's atmosphere, presentation, and brand standards
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and genuine hospitality
• Build relationships with guests, creating memorable experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly with professionalism and discretion
• Partner with culinary and beverage leadership to execute promotions, special events, and seasonal offerings

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of fine dining restaurant management experience , preferably in a upscale dining concept
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and elevated service standards
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing budgets, labor costs, inventories, and overall financial performance
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and steakhouse dining preferred
• Experience with POS systems, scheduling platforms, and restaurant management software
• Ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
