Quick Facts:

• Location: Santa Fe, NM (455 Saint Michaels Drive)
• Start Date: 06/29/2026
• Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM (Nights)
• Hours/Week: Full-time (36+ hours)
• End Date/Duration: Contract position (duration to be discussed)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Licenses/Certifications: Current NM RN license or Compact state license, BLS, ACLS, NRP (current certifications required)
• Experience: Recent L&D RN experience preferred, new graduates considered with relevant training

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $63.65
• Pay Package: Paid weekly via direct deposit; comprehensive W-2 medical benefits provided

What You'll Do:

• Provide safe, compassionate care to laboring and postpartum patients in the maternity unit
• Monitor maternal and fetal health during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
• Obtain and evaluate patient assessments, adjusting care plans as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Educate patients and families on childbirth and postpartum care
• Document interventions, vital signs, and patient status accurately
• Perform Point of Care testing and assist with deliveries when appropriate

What You Need:

• Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact license
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (current)
• Recent RN experience in Labor & Delivery or maternity setting
• Strong communication skills and compassion for patient-centered care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Prior experience with obstetric emergencies
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
