• Licenses/Certifications: NM RN license or Compact, BLS, ACLS, NRP
• Experience: 2+ years preferred; new grads considered for entry-level status

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $63.65

What You'll Do:

• Assess and monitor patients in labor and delivery, providing safe and compassionate care
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care aligned with hospital standards
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, patients, and families to promote positive outcomes
• Perform point-of-care testing and document interventions precisely
• Educate patients and families on childbirth, recovery, and post-discharge care
• Reassess patient status regularly, modifying care plans as needed
• Ensure compliance with all clinical and safety protocols

What You Need:

• Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact license
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (current)
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an RN in a maternity or L&D setting
• Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and compassionate patient care
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a busy clinical environment
