Job PostingPosition Details:Pay rate + 17% Shift DifferentialShift: Mon - Fri 10:30pm-7:00 amMust be able to train on 1st and/or 2nd shift.Your Expertise:1 year experience in an aerospace environment preferredPrevious masking experience is a plusSkills Desired: Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, good communications skillsAbility to read and interpret operation sheets, blueprints and technical dataYour Challenge:Interpret and follow operation sheets, engine manuals, and blueprints to determine information required to properly mask an aerospace component for plasma coating.Ensure use of proper fixtures and tools; maintain masking tape inventory levels required to meet production goals. Requisition materials and tooling as requiredEducation Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required.This position is a safety sensitive position.
