- # Job Description# Business Services Tech-Level 1 - Associate (0 - 5 Years)Apply**Job#: 3036408****Job Description:**Business Services Tech-Level 1 - Associate (0 - 5 Years)**Location:** Juno Beach, Florida (Onsite)Role OverviewThis position supports cost management and internal controls activities. Individuals in this role perform a wide range of clerical and administrative assistance duties, including the maintenance of records, data retrieval and compilation, financial reporting, and month-end close processes. The role ensures that all transactions comply with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.Key Responsibilities* Create Purchase Orders with a focus on commercial content and risk mitigation.* Process Work Cycles and MR 11 transactions.* Support the Jira service desk and resolve vendor issues.* Perform month-end activities and compile financial reports for budget, variance, and cost tracking.* Maintain compliance with company SOX controls and procedures.* Handle and respond to urgent requests in a timely manner.* Collaborate with various departments, including Engineering, Operations, Business Management, IT, and Accounts Payable.* Assist with limited accounts payable and inventory activities as needed.* Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications**Education:** A High School Diploma or GED is required.**Experience:** 0-5 years of experience in administrative support, financial reporting, or clerical functions.**Skills:** Candidates should possess attention to detail and a process improvement mindset.Preferred Qualifications* A general understanding of Procurement and Accounting.* 1-2 years of experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, or another administrative finance function.* Experience with SAP is a plus. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
