What does a Warehouse Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola? Responsible for supervising the warehousing and shipping of incoming and outgoing materials. Supervises warehouse personnel. Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget
• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members
• Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control
• Communication with peers, managers, and other departments
• Schedule warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility
• Allocate necessary space for stock rotation
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable
• Secure company assets
• Maintain compliance of safety procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required and Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• 2+ years warehouse/inventory experience required and
• 2+ years supervising warehouse/inventory staff required and
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programs and SAP
• Attention to detail
• Team oriented, Able to lead employees and handle conflict
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack required
• Ability to lift product (up to 50lb) frequently and repetitively required
