Corporate Recruiter - Temporary Location Plano, TX | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE * $35-$42 per hour * Full-time hours; standard business schedule * W2 * Approx. 6-month duration ROLE IMPACT This role supports full-cycle recruiting across technical, corporate, and strategic functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to drive efficient hiring processes, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a professional candidate experience. Success is defined by timely hires, organized process management, and high-quality candidate engagement. Key Responsibilities * Support full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer stage * Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, success profiles, and selection criteria * Screen applicants, assess qualifications, and coordinate interviews while ensuring process compliance * Develop sourcing strategies and build pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other creative channels * Track recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and identify process improvements Minimum Qualifications * 2 years of recruiting experience (open to junior or experienced recruiters; prior full-cycle experience preferred) * Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and managing recruiting documentation * Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment Core Tools & Systems * Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) * LinkedIn Recruiter and online job boards * Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) * Calendar management and interview scheduling tools Preferred Skills * Experience recruiting for technical or corporate roles * Ability to manage high-volume requisitions with strong attention to detail * Process-driven mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approachaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
