Estimator

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Commercial Construction Estimato r to join a growing construction team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial ground-up and renovation projects while working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the pre-construction process. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates, take-offs, and bid proposal Review blueprints, specifications, and construction document Solicit and evaluate pricing from vendors and subcontractor Collaborate with project teams, clients, architects, and engineers to develop and revise estimate Track market labor and material cost Maintain vendor and subcontractor relationships and database Qualifications Minim um 5 years of commercial estimating experie nce required Experience wi th commercial ground-up and complex renovation proje cts Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Knowledge of contracts, subcontract documents, schedules, and local building codes Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and Procure #J-18808-Ljbffr
