Required qualifications and experience

• Three (3) Years of experience performing administration or development of the ServiceNow platform including creating Service Catalog Items, Client Scripts, catalog client scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, Workflows, Service Portal widgets
• Three (3) years' Experience with, JavaScript, GlideAjax and other ServiceNow

leveraged development languages

One (1) year experience with AngularJS, Bootstrap, CSS/SCSS, HTML 5.0 or newer

• Basic understanding of ITIL v3 best practices
• Experience deploying one or more of the following modules: CMDB, Discovery,
• Change Management, Service Watch, Project Portfolio Suite
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with staff

Preferred qualifications and experience:

• Experience deploying any of the following modules: Asset Management, GRC,
• Demand Management, Resource Management
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio effectively and efficiently
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Captivate, SnagIT, WebEx
• Developer certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow
• Certified Application Developer, ITIL Foundations
