Job Details Schedule: Hybrid required, at least 2 days in office in Draper, UT, Boise, ID or Wilsonville, OR. Job Level: 4 What does an Associate Recruiter do at Swire Coca-Cola? As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a vital role in hiring various positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring leaders, candidates, and HR peers to identify top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role delivers recruitment expertise and guidance to stakeholders, executing the recruitment strategy and following through with attracting best‑in‑class, highly motivated workforce. Responsibilities Actively support execution of business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent to the business. Partner with hiring leaders to define candidate requirements and assist in creating effective job postings that attract applicants. Deliver full cycle recruitment (candidate screening, short‑listing, interviewing, and selection) in partnership with Sourcing and other TA team members. Utilize various recruitment channels, such as our applicant tracking system, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc., to post open positions and proactively adjust strategies if desired applicant flow is insufficient. Assist stakeholders with conducting on‑time, quality candidate reviews and activities. Guide hiring leaders through the hiring process to ensure the right talent is selected for the right role. Partner with hiring leaders and HR peers to create an exceptional and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders. Source passive candidates through platforms like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience (1 additional year of experience required in lieu of every 1 year of schooling). 1+ years of experience working in human resources or recruiting/talent acquisition. Knowledge of recruitment policies and processes including equal employment opportunity regulations. Proficiency in leveraging communication technology (Teams, Zoom, etc.) for conducting candidate interviews. Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.
