Step into a rewarding school-based contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist in the stunning Panhandle region of Florida. This full-time, on-site position is located north of Destin, servicing elementary and early childhood populations at two welcoming school campuses in Crestview. The term runs from August 11, 2026, through June 1, 2027, offering stability and the chance to make a meaningful impact in students’ lives over an entire school year.

What you bring:

• Current Florida Department of Health Provisional SLP License
• Strongly prefer prior school-based experience as an SLP
• Enthusiasm for working with preschool and elementary-aged students
• Willingness to complete Florida DOE credentialing and fingerprinting requirements in a timely manner (previous prints may be valid if available via the AHCA Clearinghouse)
• Commitment to providing services exclusively on-site, with no virtual component

What you'll do:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy and assessment to a diverse student population at Northwood Elementary and Southside School (PreK)
• Develop individualized education plans and collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance with all state and district requirements
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to school teams
