Assistant Project Manager

Join Our Team at SERVPRO We are looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our growing Reconstruction team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in construction and project management with room for advancement within the company. This position will work closely with our: Reconstruction Project Manager Reconstruction Estimator Design Consultant The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working both in the field and in an office environment. Responsibilities Assist with material selections for reconstruction projects Help answer job-related coordination questions Assist with scheduling subcontractors, inspections, and project timelines Support project scoping and documentation Participate in site walks and project inspections Review estimates and project details with homeowners Perform Docusketch scans/documentation when needed Provide general support to the Reconstruction team as projects require Help maintain communication between homeowners, subcontractors, and office staff Qualifications Basic computer skills required Comfortable learning new software and technology Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to spend most of the day in the field at active construction projects Construction experience preferred, but not required Valid driver’s license preferred What We Offer Entry-level opportunity with training provided Opportunity for advancement and growth within the company Hands-on experience in reconstruction and project management Team-oriented work environment Competitive pay based on experience If you are hardworking, motivated, and interested in building a career in the construction and restoration industry, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
