**Receptionist (Part-Time, Float Shift) – Del Rosa Villa** **Location:** San Bernardino, CA **Pay:** $17.48 – $17.50 per hour**Del Rosa Villa** is seeking a friendly, reliable **Receptionist** to serve as the first point of contact for our facility. This position is a **part-time float role**, requiring availability to work **all three shifts (day, evening, and overnight) as needed**.### **Position Summary**The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk. This role is strictly non-clinical and supports the administrative needs of the facility.### **Key Responsibilities*** Greet and welcome visitors, residents, and families in a professional and friendly manner* Answer and direct incoming phone calls* Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper sign-in procedures* Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries* Provide general clerical and administrative support* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area* Communicate effectively with staff regarding visitors and inquiries* Ensure confidentiality of resident and facility information### **Qualifications*** High school diploma or equivalent required* Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred* Strong communication and customer service skills* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment* Must be reliable and flexible with schedule (float across all shifts)* Basic computer skills and familiarity with multi-line phone systems preferred### **Why Join Del Rosa Villa*** Supportive and team-oriented environment* Opportunity to grow within healthcare* Meaningful role supporting residents and familiesDel Rosa Villa is an equal opportunity employer.
