Salesforce Administrator

Location: Houston, TX - Hybrid

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize system functionality, improve user experience, and ensure data integrity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions
• Customize Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Page Layouts)
• Maintain data quality through regular audits, deduplication, and data governance practices
• Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics for business insights
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Manage integrations with third-party applications
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and release management
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards
