About the Role This Sr. Manager-level PdM will be the hands-on strategy lead driving the day-to-day execution of migrating to a modernized core platform. They will work not only at the platform level across Channels, Shared Services, and Servicing Strategy, but also with the program team and LOBs to solve problems and get us to a well-managed launch. The role requires a deep understanding of product delivery and technical dependencies. They will be responsible for: Bridging the gap between the Core program vision and the technical reality for our 5 platforms and 3 tenants. Managing the product backlog and scoping for specific workstreams to ensure we meet critical 'Day 1' and 'Day 2' milestones. Partnering with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps, finalize solutioning, and ensure operational readiness for our agents and customers. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
