Job Title: Executive Director Location: Marinette, WI Pay Range: $33000 - $35000 Shift: Flexible Hours What's the Job?- Lead daily operations of the community pool, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Develop and oversee aquatic programming that promotes health, fitness, and community engagement
- Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Engage with community members and organizations to foster partnerships and promote programs
- Maintain facility safety standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Proven leadership experience in managing community facilities or similar environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse community groups
