Earn $40/hr with a $2,000 sign-on bonus, work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, and never take an on-call shift again. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates who complete training and work in the Daly City to San Mateo area, paid in $500 increments every 30 days. Pay & Bonus $40/hr ($80,000/year) plus equity in the business $2,000 sign-on bonus for North Peninsula hires (Daly City to San Mateo) who complete training and remain onboard for at least 30 days Mileage reimbursement for all local driving between appointments Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm No nights, weekends, required overtime, or on-call 12 paid holidays plus 13 PTO/sick days 100% company-paid health, vision, and dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan Life insurance Flexible spending accounts (FSA) Company phone provided Manage a dedicated route of 40-50 residential homes across the Peninsula as the trusted handyman for each homeowner Perform residential repairs and maintenance across multiple trades: Carpentry — doors, trim, framing, repairs Painting and drywall patching Electrical — fixtures, outlets, small wiring tasks Smart home device installation Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term homeowner relationships Use our mobile app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules 5+ years of handyman, maintenance technician, or multi-trade experience Hands-on skill across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician strongly preferred Attention to detail (clean caulk lines, professional patching and painting) Customer-friendly attitude — great listener, strong communicator, proactive Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding at heights up to 12 feet Growth Opportunities Real career paths including field trainer, senior handyman, and more.
